Job brief
We are a worldleading smart mobility SaaS company with oversubscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Senior Operations Officer to join our team. ResponsibilityManage daily stock for installation jobs submit weekly and monthly summary reports raise purchase orders for overseas parts and headquarters to replenish stock.
Works with technical team to ensure IoT device installation and new installation schedules are met within the timeline.
Call and follow up with the customers to schedule the installation of Cartrack systems.
Handle customers enquiries via inbound calls and email correspondences. Escalates enquiries or issues to relevant departments and ensure proper followup.
Manage and process sales agreement.
Assist with any administrative duties and perform any adhoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in technical operation related jobs Computer/IT knowledge PC windows (MS words Exceletc)
Possess technical knowledge English literacy (advantage) Honest and upright person Team player
