Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of all production equipment and systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs for equipment and systems.
- Respond promptly to unplanned outages and perform necessary repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical pneumatic hydraulic electrical and CNC systems.
- Identify and source necessary parts and services for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in special projects as assigned.
- Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and company standards.
- Perform regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for maintenance tasks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or equivalent environment.
- Strong sense of urgency and excellent followup skills.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive outlook.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple systems (mechanical pneumatic hydraulic electrical CNC).
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all company protocols.
- Ability to lead by example and foster a supportive team environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
