Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- 810 years of experience in software development with handson experience in architecture and code preferably within Ecommerce FinTech or Subscription based environments.
- Handson experience with our tech stack including Python Node.js React REST APIs and SQL/MySQL databases.
- Good knowledge and experience in ERP (e.g. Odoo) CRM AWS Jira and Confluence. Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker Kubernetes Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to manage and lead external development teams and provide mentorship within the organization.
- Strong expertise in conducting code reviews and maintaining high coding standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for crossfunctional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable highperformance and secure software solutions.
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and technical documentation.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and technology strategy.
Lead development efforts for key projects including guiding external teams and ensuring highquality code standards. - Conduct detailed code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot debug and optimize application performance.
- Act as a technical mentor to developers and other team members.
Work closely with the Platform Team to align architecture with organizational goals. - Manage external development teams ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks in the software platform and provide actionable recommendations.
- Drive innovation in processes workflows and development strategies.
