Job Overview:
We are hiring an HR Trainee to manage the hiring process for Customer Service Representative Positions. The role involves sourcing recruiting and onboarding candidates while collaborating with management to ensure hiring needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the endtoend recruitment process for Customer Service Representatives.
Screen interview and assess candidates for trainee and permanent roles.
Provide support and mentorship to candidates during their onboarding phase.
Collaborate with hiring managers to align hiring needs with role requirements.
Maintain recruitment records and documentation.
Monitor the performance of hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Skills and Qualification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies.
Good negotiation and active listening skills.
Confidence with the ability to multitask effectively.
Understanding customer service requirements is a plus.
Program Details:
Recruit candidates for customer service roles focusing on call handling CRM systems and problemsolving skills.
Help build a highperforming team of customer service representatives through strategic hiring and onboarding.
Working Hours:
Time 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Contract:3 months( leads to permanent job)
Budget: 30k PKR
