Lead iOS Mobile Application Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Lead iOS Mobile Application Developer with extensive experience in designing and leading the development of sophisticated mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background a deep understanding of iOS application architecture and the ability to guide teams in delivering innovative and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- 12 years of experience in iOS mobile application development with proficiency in Swift ObjectiveC and iOS SDKs.
- 5 years of experience as an iOS Mobile Application Architect with a proven ability to design and implement complex mobile solutions.
- Architect and oversee the development of advanced iOS mobile applications ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Lead the technical design analysis and planning of scalable and efficient iOS solutions leveraging 5 years of experience in mobile architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including product managers designers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Define and implement best practices for iOS application development focusing on performance security and maintainability.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams promoting the adoption of coding standards testing methodologies and deployment processes.
- Apply expertise in iOS design patterns such as MVC MVVM and VIPER to create modular and reusable components.
- Stay abreast of the latest iOS technologies and trends integrating them into projects to enhance user experience and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve architectural challenges ensuring optimal performance and seamless user experiences.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 12 years of experience in iOS mobile application development with proficiency in Swift ObjectiveC and iOS SDKs.
- 5 years of experience as an iOS Mobile Application Architect with a proven ability to design and implement complex mobile solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of iOS platform capabilities design guidelines and UI/UX best practices.
- Strong understanding of scalable system design API integration and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and crossfunctional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with React.js for frontend development especially in building crossplatform or integrated solutions.
- Experience with cloudbased solutions and integration of mobile applications with backend systems.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and localization practices for global audiences.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
