The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below but not limited to these:
In charge of all operation for Room and Banquet sales
- In charge of meetings from the hearing of the guests to the day and establish quotes and negotiate prices to consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
- To manage all activity related to the Sales department and ensure all service standards are followed to direct all sales initiatives for the hotel
- To set individual goals provide guidance and direction in action plans and be responsible for al sales colleagues achievement of individual goals
- To create new Sales contracts tools and price to increase customer attraction and review them for considering total revenue objectives of the hotel
- To participate in select Sales activities both on and off property and Management of bridal fairs and the other events.
- To ensure the integrity of key accounts and monitor of the Sales software programs and thoroughness to be responsible account management of key market segments
- To prepare an annual budget and administer that budget in a responsible to ensure the achievement of sales objectives on a monthly quarterly and yearly basis to prepare weekly monthly quarterly and annual reports as required To balance operational administrative and Colleague needs.
- To follow departmental policies procedures and all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned

- Able to provide guidance and suggestions to guests. (Previous leadership experience within Sales required)
- To have basic knowledge for sales and management and understanding to the hotel industry deeply
- To think and take responsibility for making decisions for their team and report the results to their supervisor
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and or relevant computer applications required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
