About Our Client:
Our client is a key player in a consortium dedicated to delivering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabias
ambitious National Renewable Energy Program. This initiative aims to achieve a total renewable
energy capacity of 11.4 GW once fully operational.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will possess indepth knowledge of international standards construction and maintenance procedures and material testing procedures. This role will be critical in ensuring the design installation and maintenance of electrical systems meet the highest quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development:
Develop and review electrical designs ensuring compliance with relevant international and SEC standards.
Create and interpret technical drawings specifications and plans for electrical systems.
Construction & Maintenance:
Oversee electrical construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Standards & Compliance:
Apply thorough knowledge of applicable international standards (e.g. IEC IEEE NFPA) in project execution.
Ensure alignment with SEC standards and companyspecific guidelines.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Supervise material testing procedures to ensure the quality and compliance of all electrical components.
Analyze testing results and provide recommendations for improvements or corrective actions.
Project Management:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design procurement and construction teams to meet project timelines and budgets.
Prepare and present detailed reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
Troubleshooting & ProblemSolving:
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Recommend upgrades and modifications to improve system performance and efficiency.
B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master s degree or professional certifications (e.g. PE PMP) are a plus
Minimum of 8 years experience with at least four (4) years experience in relevant to Electrical QAQC inspection.
Thorough knowledge of applicable International standards SEC standards construction & maintenance procedures and material testing procedures
Handson experience with material testing and quality assurance procedures.
Proficiency in using electrical design and analysis tools (e.g. AutoCAD ETAP MATLAB).
