Summary of Position:
- You will join a skilled team applying cuttingedge research in a complex and evolving data environment develop code to perform complex modeling to detect and characterize objects (using Python TensorFlow PyTorch and related software packages) and enhance evolving analytic tradecraft.
- You will integrate data from a variety of sources formats and disciplines into coherent databases train foundation models to advance the Intelligence Community finetune models to address real intelligence questions and write compelling documentation and reports for decisionmakers.
- This position will be part of our Defense and Intelligence Team serving the Intelligence Community as our primary customer.
Essential Functions:
- Conceptual quantitative organizational research writing verbal communication and graphical representation skills.

- The ability to perform complex analyses and to communicate its results using accurate concise and effective writing and through descriptive and graphical representations.
- Technical understanding of the systems supporting aspects of the functional areas.
- Knowledge of standard tools e.g. the Sponsors various computing networks Microsoft Office Products as appropriate; and a demonstrated ability to learn to use and support other tools that may be added or developed as the program evolves.
- Flexibility in assisting with ad hoc tasks and in adjusting as tasks are reprioritized.
Education and Experience: - Bachelors Degree in a technical field (computer science mathematics statistics etc.).
- Must have 3 to 5 years of relevant Data Science Data Analytics and Data Research experience.
- Python and/or R experience
- Machine Learning/Computer Vision/Object Detection
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with the required Polygraph
Desired Skills: - Prior experience with Pytorch keras and overhead imagery would be beneficial but not a requirement.
- Masters degree in a technical field (computer science mathematics statistics etc) with 1 year of relevant experience
