Overview:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong relationships with clients and driving sales & revenue growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to identify potential partnerships negotiate deals and close business contracts. You will play a key role in expanding the market presence and achieving its longterm goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research potential markets and industries to uncover new leads and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and nurture longterm relationships with key clients ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Implement strategies for generating qualified leads and converting them into profitable business relationships.
- Develop business development strategies to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Lead negotiations with clients and partners drafting and closing agreements that are favorable to both parties.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships that align with the companys objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on business performance potential opportunities and forecasts for growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of the companys products and services to communicate their value to potential clients.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 13 years of experience in business development sales or a similar role.
- Experience in travel and tourism industry is a plus point.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and closing highvalue deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and strategically to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skill
