Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Staff Engineer with a strong
background in handson coding design and architecture to lead the development of
robust ecommerce platforms from scratch. Passionate and hungry to learn about
technology and driven to deliver impactful solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the endtoend development of ecommerce platforms from concept to
production including architecture design implementation and deployment.
Develop clean efficient and maintainable code using best practices and design
patterns.
Architect scalable highperformance systems that can handle large volumes of
traffic and transactions.
Mentor and coach junior engineers providing guidance and support to help them
grow and develop their technical skills.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the development process
leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance platform
capabilities.
Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in
ecommerce and software engineering.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related
field.
12 years of handson experience in software engineering with a focus on ecommerce platform development.
Proven track record of building and delivering scalable highperformance ecommerce platforms from scratch.
Strong expertise in coding design and architecture with proficiency in one or
more programming languages (e.g. Java Python JavaScript).
Experience with modern web technologies frameworks and libraries (e.g. JEE
Python Node.js). Technology agnostic engineer.
Deep understanding of database technologies distributed systems and cloud
computing platforms.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically
and strategically.
Passionate about technology and driven to deliver impactful solutions that drive
business success.
Additional Requirements:
Experience in the fintech or ecommerce industry is highly preferred.
Prior experience working in a startup or fastpaced environment is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment with a passion for
driving impact and delivering results.
