Role Overview:
As a Senior Relationship Manager in the Real Estate SellSide division you will be responsible for managing the endtoend lifecycle of transactions ensuring successful deal closures and driving the firm s growth strategy in the assigned region. This role involves working closely with the location head to oversee deal structuring lender relationships and P&L responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Management:
- Oversee transactions from proposal generation to disbursement and fee collection.
- Collaborate with buyside teams to structure deals prepare Information Memorandums (IMs) secure term sheets/sanctions and facilitate documentation.
Lender Relationship Management:
- Map the lending landscape within the region and establish strong networks with banks NBFCs real estate debt/equity funds and investors.
- Maintain longterm relationships to support fundraising efforts.
Strategic Leadership:
- Partner with the Regional Director to define and implement strategies for the region s real estate business.
- Contribute to achieving P&L targets and operational excellence.
Sector Expertise:
- Build and maintain indepth knowledge of real estate financing trends market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Provide insights on valuation deal analysis and sectorspecific opportunities.
Team Leadership:
- Guide and manage team members fostering a motivated and resultsdriven environment.
- Support skill development to ensure high performance standards.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Professional Background:
- 5 years of experience in banks NBFCs real estate AIFs or reputed investment banks.
- Exposure to wholesale real estate lending is essential.
Education:
- Chartered Accountant (1st or 2nd attempt) or relevant financial qualifications.

- Strong understanding of real estate financing and risk assessment.
