Our Customer is looking for 7 Business Analysts eager to contribute to a pivotal ServiceNow implementation at a leading pharmaceutical company (end client).
Our client is assembling a team of Business Analysts to support the deployment of ServiceNow for the Global Business Services (GBS) division of a prominent pharmaceutical firm. This shortterm contract role is ideal for professionals with substantial experience in system implementation and a strong background in gathering business requirements engaging stakeholders and documenting processes. Applicants should have at least five years of Business Analyst experience with prior work on ServiceNow implementations being highly desirable.
Functional Analysis: Act as a Business Analyst in this ServiceNow implementation project ensuring a smooth and effective rollout.
ServiceNow Expertise: Leverage your understanding of ServiceNows features and constraints to support project deliverables.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
Requirement Communication: Ensure development teams have a clear understanding of business needs through detailed BRD communication.
Training Material Development: Develop thorough training resources for ServiceNow functionalities linked to project milestones.
Training Support: Work alongside trainers to prepare and explain training content ensuring they re equipped to guide end users effectively.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Plan and execute UAT to confirm the system aligns with business objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders ensuring their needs are prioritized and addressed.
Time Management: Deliver project milestones within tight deadlines and a dynamic work environment.
5 years of Business Analyst experience with proven success in system implementation projects.
Previous experience in a ServiceNow implementation is a strong advantage.
ServiceNow Knowledge: Familiarity with ServiceNows capabilities and limitations.
Documentation: Expertise in creating clear and detailed Business Requirements Documents.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders trainers and development teams.
Training Material Development: Ability to create and communicate training content for technical systems.
Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage stakeholders and provide consistent communication and followup.
Time Management: Efficiently balance workload to meet deadlines in fastpaced environments.
Team Collaboration: A strong team player who works effectively with crossfunctional teams.
