You will integrate data from a variety of sources formats and disciplines into coherent databases train foundation models to advance the Intelligence Community finetune models to address real intelligence questions and write compelling documentation and reports for decision makers.This position will be part of our Defense and Intelligence Team serving the Intelligence Community as our primary customer.Essential Functions: Conceptual quantitative organizational research writing verbal communication and graphical representation skills. Sound judgment and creative problem solving and independent working skills.Data scientist MacLean va Python and R ts/sci Sound interpersonal and teamwork skills to work with individuals and organizations to include varying levels and types (Government industry and academia). Facilitation skills to bring diverse groups together on issues and reach consensus across stakeholders.The ability to perform complex analyses and to communicate its results using accurate concise and effective writing and through descriptive and graphical representations. Technical understanding of the systems supporting aspects of the functional areas. Knowledge of standard tools e.g. the Sponsors various computing networks Microsoft Office Products as appropriate; and a demonstrated ability to learn to use and support other tools that may be added or developed as the program evolves. Flexibility in assisting with ad hoc tasks and in adjusting as tasks are reprioritized.Job Specifications/Requirements: Active TS/SCI security clearance with the required Polygraph Bachelors degree in a technical field (computer science mathematics statistics etc.) with 3 years of relevant experience. Data Science experience Python and/or R Machine Learning/Computer Vision/Object DetectionDesired Skills: Prior experience with Pytorch keras and overhead imagery would be beneficial but not a requirement Masters degree in a technical field (computer science mathematics statistics etc) with 1 year of relevant experience Bachelors degree in a technical field (computer science mathematics statistics etc)
