Assist the General Manager in all front of the house operations ensuring excellence in guest service and satisfaction through a Do Whatever It Takes AttitudeManage shifts which includes: daily decision making scheduling and planning while ensuring consistency in the delivery of high quality food and serviceMotivates employees and utilizes leadership skills through ongoing training development and follow upInspects establishment and observes workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational health safety standards and liquor regulationsAssist the General Manager with all financial and personnel related administrative duties and ensuring all is completed accurately on time and in accordance with company policies and proceduresQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: At least 3 years full service high volume senior level restaurant management experienceExtensive front of the house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspectsStrong interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsStable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic CityAdditional Knowledge Skills and Abilities:Must have solid decisionmaking organization and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal communication skills are required. The ability to thrive in a fastpaced multitasking handson environment.
