Exciting Locum Opportunity for a Licensed Dentist in Lockport IL POSITION: LOCUM DENTIST
RATE: $140/hour (additional stipend if necessary)
Dates: Dec 2627 30
Hours: Thursday 12/26 9am7pm (1 hour lunch break) / Friday 12/27 8am1pm / Monday 12/30 8am6pm (1 hour lunch break)

- Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks
- Administer fillings root canals extractions and dentures
- Provide general dentistry extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth
Requirements:
- Resume
- Active professional Dental License
- Current DEA License
- CSR (Controlled Substance Certificate)
