Hiring Process
1) Phone interview with HR or Sales Manager to assess basic qualifications and cultural fit.
2) Onsite interview (1.5 hours) with a practical component: Candidates may be asked to complete a cold calling exercise or work through sales scenarios.
3) Followup interview/case study: Instead of a formal case study candidates may be asked to simulate live calling or sales calls.
4) Final meeting with the team for cultural fit and debriefing.
