We are seeking an enthusiastic and customerfocused Guest Relation Officer to join our team in the beautiful resort city of Sharm ElSheikh Egypt. As a Guest Relation Officer you will be the primary point of contact for our guests ensuring their stay is memorable and exceeds their expectations.
- Warmly welcome guests and provide a smooth checkin and checkout experience
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries requests and concerns
- Maintain clear and constant communication with all staff and departments
- Stay informed about VIP arrivals return guests and special requests
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of hotel services facilities and local attractions
- Handle guest correspondence including mail messages and phone calls
- Upsell room categories and promote hotel services to maximize revenue
- Ensure the Guest Relations desk is attended at all times during your shift
- Maintain accurate guest records and update the hotels management system
- Assist in resolving guest complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to all safety security and emergency procedures
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar hospitality role
- Fluency in English and Russian
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanour
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fastpaced environment
- Team player with enthusiasm for customer service and cultural sensitivity
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Tourism or related field preferred
