Job Description:
- Ensure second line O&M of VAS nodes/services and provide technical expertise.
- Increase customer satisfaction on different VAS products through maintaining the service quality and ensure the system performance
- Develop and deploy the roll out plan for SW and HW upgrades in live platforms to ensure new feature during SW/HW implementation upgradation.
- Support for new product & campaign design & execution and take business critical decisions on operational aspect.
- Ensuring new node integration configuration & user acceptance testing (UAT) and platform/service migration
- Security Portfolio Management and Operationalization of security policies and group business security observations in VAS nodes.
- Build automation tools for system maintenance and service improvement.
- Good understanding of Telecom system and overall Service Management system (ITIL)
- Handson experience in Java/J2EE technologies
- Hands on experience in SQL / PLSQL / MYSQL / Oracle / PostgreSQL
- Deep knowledge on Linux environment shell scripts.Excellent communication & presentation skills and reasonable numeric skills
- Experience and understanding of partner management & stakeholder management
- Knowledge and experience of contract and/or supplier management roles
- Good understanding of statistical and analytical principles and processes
- Ability to interact successfully with all levels of the Customer and IT Provider organization
- Technical understanding and an ability to translate technical requirements and specifications into easily understood business concepts and vice versa
