organizing staffing directing coordinating reporting budgeting andphysical management of the facility residents and equipment in such a mannerthat the purpose of the facility will be established and maintained inaccordance with current Federal State and Local standards guidelines andregulations and established policies.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors Degree in Public Health Administration Business Administration orother Health related degreeCurrently licensed to practice Nursing Home Administration in the state ofPennsylvaniaKnowledge of current Federal and State regulations about nursinghomes; knowledge of current standards of practice for longterm care; knowledgeof personnel administrationSalary would be 105k120k based on experience.
