Job Title: Childcare Director
Location: 10035 Baltimore National Pike Ellicott City MD 21042 USA.
Job Types: FullTime Permanent Benefits
Note: Candidate should be flexible enough to go to different locations of Kiddie Academy of Maryland like; (Laurel/Columbai/ Owings Mills & Ellicott City).
Nice to have Certifications: (Any one)
- 90Hour
- 45Hour
- 9 Hour communication or college course work
- CPR certification
- ADA certification
- Breastfeeding certification
- Basic Health & Safety
Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively operates and manages all aspects of a childcare school to include human resources customer relations financial systems quality control and facility management.
- Provides creative ageappropriate programs to all children served at the academy.
- Actively develops and maintains positive customer/community relations.
- Maintains highcapacity utilization and manages all resources effectively and within budget.
- Establishes strong working relationships with state licensing authorities.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of Bachelors degree in the field of early childhood education Elementary Education and or Business administration.
- Nice to have 90 hrs. in preschool Infant/toddler and school age is required.
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing a childcare/preschool center.
- Time Management skills.
