We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable marketing automation solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Clouds capabilities integration skills and an ability to implement innovative marketing solutions that drive engagement and growth. You will work closely with marketing teams business analysts and other technical teams to implement campaigns and datadriven marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development:
- Design implement and optimize custom marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) components such as Email Studio Journey Builder Automation Studio Audience Builder and Mobile Studio.
- Develop custom queries data extensions AMPscript and SQL for email campaigns segmentation and data management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain dynamic email templates and landing pages to ensure highly personalized customer experiences.

Integration and Data Management:
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products (Sales Cloud Service Cloud) and thirdparty systems using REST APIs SOAP APIs and ETL tools.
- Develop and manage complex data models and segmentation strategies to target specific audiences based on business needs.
- Ensure data integrity and manage data imports exports and realtime syncing across different platforms.

Campaign Automation & Optimization:
- Set up and maintain marketing automations such as triggered email campaigns journey automations and crosschannel marketing campaigns.
- Ensure email and campaign deliverability best practices and troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Continuously monitor the performance of campaigns analyze KPIs and optimize marketing automation strategies.

Collaboration and Documentation:
- Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement effective customer journeys workflows and marketing touchpoints.
- Provide technical support and guidance to marketing teams on the proper use of SFMC tools.
- Document custom solutions processes and workflows for internal reference and training purposes.
