Job Description
Role SAMPro consultant/Engineer/Architect

Facilitates the definition and alignment of current processes toward improvement and recommended Leading Practices.
- Develop and documents Current and the Proposed Lifecycle/Process for SAM. Assist in documentation of SAM Process Training/education.
- Responsible for Architecting a strong foundation for the SAM Implementation.
- Advises the team throughout the engagement in story creation and refinement ranking adherence to the desired process outcomes and future roadmap plans.
- Guided by the Engagement Manager to work the appropriate technical development backlog. Imparts knowledge to the customer administrators who along with the Technical Consultant are collectively known as the Development Team.
