We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely. This position is available exclusively to candidates located in the United States. As a Virtual Assistant you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure our team operates smoothly and efficiently all from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Proven work experience in as a computer software engineer or software developer Hands on experience in designing interactive applications Ability to develop software in C, C++, C#, Java or other selected languages Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC) Experience with test-driven development Mastery in software engineering tools Ability to document requirements and specifications Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes A degree in Computer Science or Engineering
