Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am5 pm EST

About the job:
They're seeking a creative and detailoriented Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs that align with clients' brand strategies in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry. This role involves creating a range of materials including marketing collateral digital assets and print designs to drive engagement and support business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and design digital and print materials (e.g. brochures ads social media graphics environmental graphics etc.)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually cohesive campaigns
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and client objectives
- Present design concepts and revise based on feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into your work
- C1 C2 Advanced level English language proficiency
- 5 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and brandfocused work
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
