About the Role:
We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a detailoriented Supply Chain Administrator. This role involves managing invoice discrepancies updating payment details and facilitating smooth operations within the Supply Chain department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Management: Review and resolve discrepancies to uphold company policies.
- Vendor Collaboration: Address and resolve issues with vendor invoices not aligning with Purchase Orders.
- Freight Discrepancies: Manage discrepancies related to freight handling invoices and work with stakeholders for resolutions.
- ERP Updates: Process and maintain accurate vendor payment information within the ERP system.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on invoice issues and vendor interactions.
- Internal Support: Assist the Supply Chain team with administrative tasks related to invoice management and vendor data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in business finance or related field preferred.
- Experience: 24 years in an administrative role ideally within supply chain procurement or finance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detailoriented: Strong ability to manage complex data with accuracy.
- Collaboration: Proven track record of effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
- ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems and invoice processing is advantageous.
