Job Description

Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator
Job Location: Juno Beach Florida
Employment Type: Contract (5 Months)

Summary:

Join Our client a leader in the energy sector as a Supply Chain Administrator in Juno Beach Florida. This 5month contract role is pivotal in supporting the Procure to Pay process collaborating with procurement teams vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.

About the Role:

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a detailoriented Supply Chain Administrator. This role involves managing invoice discrepancies updating payment details and facilitating smooth operations within the Supply Chain department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Management: Review and resolve discrepancies to uphold company policies.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Address and resolve issues with vendor invoices not aligning with Purchase Orders.
  • Freight Discrepancies: Manage discrepancies related to freight handling invoices and work with stakeholders for resolutions.
  • ERP Updates: Process and maintain accurate vendor payment information within the ERP system.
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on invoice issues and vendor interactions.
  • Internal Support: Assist the Supply Chain team with administrative tasks related to invoice management and vendor data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in business finance or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 24 years in an administrative role ideally within supply chain procurement or finance.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detailoriented: Strong ability to manage complex data with accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Proven track record of effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
  • ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems and invoice processing is advantageous.
