Initiate project kickoff meeting with scope deliverable resource timeline initial risks constraints and assumptions to stake holders of organization

Create project plan specifying various activities objectives and milestones.

Monitor control and execute the program tasks while meeting customer requirements.

Monitor schedule and quality performance in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Coordinating customer changes through following change management process & communicating to internal stakeholders.

Collaboration with crossfunctional team & resolving conflict in quick time for smooth program execution.

Identify Program Risks dependencies & constraints at all stages of the project and mitigate risks.

Communicate program Risk issues and impacts to relevant stake holders.
