Job Description
Note: This position does not offer any Visa sponsorship. We are only looking for applicants who are either local to Los Angeles CA or ready to relocate to the employers location.
Job Summary: Our client is looking to hire 4 talented DevOps Engineers to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure and tools necessary for efficient software development testing and deployment processes. You will work closely with development QA and operations teams to streamline workflows and ensure the stability and scalability of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform Ansible or CloudFormation.
- Monitor and optimize system performance reliability and security.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and improve existing ones.
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Implement and maintain monitoring logging and alerting systems to ensure system health and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructurerelated issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Document processes workflows and infrastructure configurations for easy reference and training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python Bash or PowerShell.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI or CircleCI.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
