Job Description
looking for a talented attorney to join our employment litigation team in Los Angeles. Our firm handles primarily discrimination retaliation and harassment matters on behalf of employees throughout California. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings prepare and respond to discovery and related civil litigation tasks.
- Conduct and defend depositions participate in mediations conferences and court appearances.
- Communicate with clients staff and collaborate with senior attorneys.
Requirements:
- J.D. degree and active California Bar membership.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation with working knowledge of California employment law.
- Strong research and writing skills.
