ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to work on complex legal matters while maintaining a healthy balance between professional and personal life.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all aspects of litigation cases including pretrial discovery trial and appeals with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Conduct indepth legal research and analysis to develop strategic case approaches.
- Draft and argue motions briefs and other persuasive legal documents.
- Prepare and depose witnesses effectively.
- Represent clients confidently in court hearings and trials.
- Negotiate favourable settlements to achieve client objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior associate in litigation.
- Proven success in managing a litigation caseload independently.
- Strong oral advocacy skills and a track record of achieving favourable outcomes in court hearings and trials.
- Exceptional research writing and negotiation abilities.
- Teamoriented mindset with a dedication to client service and a strong work ethic.
