As a Assistant Manager you will be working closely with HR & Admin team in order to execute their daily tasks for efficient operation of the company. Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Manage Human Resource Management system (HRMS) for employees.
- Maintain guidelines by preparing updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Manage Monthly Peer Review system & Yearly Performance appraisal system.
- Handle HR & Administration related activities.
- Maintain employee register time attendance onboarding induction statutory compliances employee grievances Payroll full & final settlements Skill Matrix HR Branding (internal & external) Team Building Activities HR Activity calendar Festival planning etc.
- Maintain employee benefits programs & employee relations.
- Handle all the legal affairs & statutory compliances in close coordination with the legal experts.
- Look after talent recruitment and selection pipeline.
- Manage smooth ISO compliances half yearly audits & coordinate with all the Department HODs.
- Organize various office events & programs for team members.
- Plan strategize and execute talent retention & team motivation activities/policies.
- Coordinate with Design engineering team HR Finance team and Management.
- Any other associated task or responsibilities assigned from time to time by the organization.
Job Requirements:
- You are a Graduate or Masters in Commerce / MBA in HR with proven working experience as HR Executive / HR Manager for minimum 5 years.
- You have good communication skills in English & local language.
- You are proactive & smart in your approach.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Candidates living in and around Panaji will be preferred.
