Responsibilities:
- Address and respond to client inquiries via phone/email platforms.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings appointments and events.
- Collaborate with the team to implement and optimize administrative processes.
