Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Fulltime
  • Monday Friday 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
  • 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST with 30minutes paid break

Company/Client Overview:
The client a leading technology consulting firm specializing in automation chatbots digital marketing IT staffing and managed IT services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Servicing Executive.

The ideal candidate will handle general administrative tasks and client coordination ensuring seamless communication and efficient task management.


Responsibilities:

  • Address and respond to client inquiries via phone/email platforms.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings appointments and events.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement and optimize administrative processes.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong written English proficiency and effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrated reliability with a keen attention to detail.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
  • Experience in using various online communication and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail to ensure precision in task execution.
  • Relevant experience in a digital or IT company is an advantage.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel CRM to assist clients effectively.
