Job Description: Marketing Manager
eduCLaaS is looking for a driven Marketing Manager who will work with the Global marketing team International Business Unit partners and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget with a focus on performance marketing (i.e. lead generation) social media and digital presence. You should have a hunger to always learn and grow as an individual. Additionally you should have a strong interest in becoming that allrounder digital marketer that has cuttingedge knowledge of marketing tools strategies and handson experience so as to deliver a holistic integrated digital marketing campaign.
Responsibilities include:
- Primarily support International Business Unit s omnichannel marketing efforts which includes partnership marketing. He/ she will need to work closely with crossfunctional teammates as well so as to achieve quarterly plans through daytoday milestones.
- Manage the implementation execution optimization and reporting of campaigns that tap on channels such as email web social media google ads etc. You will be part of the discussions on marketing strategy and future planning.
- Campaigns will be measured based on aligned conversion metrics ROI and other KPIs to achieve lead generation goals and as a team we will work towards optimizing of user funnel.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

- Be up to date with latest trends and technologies in digital marketing overtime.
- Has technical knowledge in digital marketing and a good understanding and knowledge of marketing best practices
- Has a strong command in the English language he/ she has the ability to craft out relevant and appealing marketing messages
- Has decent creative acumen and have experience designing creatives prior
- Has decent program and stakeholder management skills.
- Is highly adaptable and comfortable with change.
- Has a constant appetite to learn and grow as an individual.
- Have decent knowledge of analytics/ metrics B2C marketing and lead generation.
- Have previous experience with marketing to a B2C audience.
- Have a Bachelor s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Have 810 years of digital marketing/communications experience.
- Must have at least 5 years people management experience
- Must have digital marketing agency experience catering to b2c
- Knowledge and proven handson experience on CRM software like HubSpot or High Level
