Job Description
- Collaborate with senior leadership external partners and crossfunctional teams to gather and document business requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead efforts to analyze optimize and reengineer business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with the Project Manager to ensure seamless project execution providing timely updates and ensuring deliverables meet business expectations.
- Analyze complex datasets and develop performance metrics and dashboards to track project success.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements system specifications and progress reports keeping stakeholders informed.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and expectations.
Support highvisibility business initiatives by conducting feasibility studies analyzing potential impacts and providing strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in business administration IT or a related field.
- 24 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Knowledge of business analysis frameworks and methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL Power BI Tableau).
- CBAP certification or similar is an advantage.
- Experience in large crossfunctional project teams.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple highexposure projects.
- Proactive with strong problemsolving skills.
Bachelor s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field. 2-4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst. Knowledge of business analysis frameworks and methodologies. Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau). CBAP certification or similar is an advantage. Experience in large, cross-functional project teams.
