Job Description
As a Support Desk Specialist you will deliver exceptional IT support and solutions ensuring client satisfaction. Your role includes providing phone support remote troubleshooting and system administration to resolve technical issues efficiently. By maintaining seamless operations you ll play a critical part in enhancing network performance and reliability for diverse client environments.
The Essentials of Your Role

Shift: Monday to Friday 11:00 PM to 08:00 AM
Work Setup: Remote / Work from Home

The Playbook for Your Day
- Provide technical support and remote help desk services to clients escalating issues when necessary.
- Review current systems and recommend technical or process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Identify recurring issues in clients environments and proactively recommend solutions to improve network efficiency performance and reliability.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client documentation.
- Stay informed about the latest technologies equipment and systems relevant to the role.
- Accurately maintain records and comply with service administrative procedures including timely time entry.
- Operate effectively in a call center environment.
- Support multiple companies with enduser requests and thirdparty business applications.
- Communicate efficiently with both technical and nontechnical end users.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements

Education and Experience
- Bachelor s degree and two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current certifications (preferred): MCSA CMNA CCENT CCA VCA EMCSA BAIS A N or Security.
Required Skills
- Solid understanding of network operating systems applications and services in a client environment.
- Proficiency with business collaboration tools including MS Office applications.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and nontechnical individuals and build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks thoroughly from start to finish.
- Initiative to identify and resolve problems proactively or escalate them when necessary.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in the work environment and adjust methods to fit varying situations.
- Teamwork abilities to contribute positively to group tasks share responsibilities and remain open to feedback.
- Effective time management to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment while meeting deadlines.
