Job Summary
The Head Recruitment will be responsible for leading the banks recruitment strategy ensuring the identification attraction and acquisition of toptier talent. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment trends the banking industry and operational excellence to meet the institutions staffing needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking leadership and expertise in managing endtoend recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Recruitment Management:
Develop and execute the banks recruitment strategy to attract top talent across various roles.
Align recruitment initiatives with the banks business goals and workforce planning strategies.
Talent Acquisition Leadership:
Manage the fullcycle recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical positions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with department heads and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and advise on best recruitment practices.Collaborate with HR and business units to ensure a seamless recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
Process Improvement and Compliance:
Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws organizational policies and industry standards.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the recruitment team ensuring high performance and professional development.
Promote a culture of excellence and accountability within the recruitment function.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and talent availability in the banking sector.
Utilize market insights to drive innovative recruitment strategies.
Requirements
Key Requirements
Educational Qualifications: A university first degree is required.
Higher qualifications (MBA/MSc) and professional certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
Professional Experience:
1015 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on the banking industry.
Current grade level of AMDM in a reputable bank is preferred.
Skills and Attributes:
Extensive knowledge of recruitment best practices and the banking industry landscape.
Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deliver within tight timelines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Open to candidates from toptier banks with extensive recruitment expertise.
