Job Description
- Model Design & Development:
- Design and build scalable Anaplan models to address business needs in Finance/Supply Chain/Sales Planning.
- Translate business requirements into efficient and effective Anaplan models using best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business users process owners and crossfunctional teams to gather and define requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users ensuring adoption and efficiency of Anaplan models.
- System Integration:
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate Anaplan with upstream and downstream systems (e.g. ERP CRM).
- Ensure seamless data flow between Anaplan and other platforms.
- Model Optimization:
- Maintain and optimize existing Anaplan models to improve performance and scalability.
- Implement version controls audit trails and ensure compliance with Anaplan standards.
- Documentation & Governance:
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of model architecture user guides and workflows.
- Ensure adherence to Anaplan best practices governance and change management processes.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Anaplan Model Building
- Bachelors degree in Finance Supply Chain Business Administration or a related field.
- Advanced Anaplan certifications (e.g. Solution Architect).

You Are A Good Fit If This Sounds Like You: Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation. Works independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs or systems. Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally. Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels. Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative. Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues Kindly note that we are working in a Hybrid Mode with base location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, this is not a remote role.
