Job Description
Manager Safety Candidate should have experience in real estate industry. Should be well verse with safety standards. Should have experience of managing project safetly. Should have fluent communication and should be well verse in team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing safety protocols across construction sites and operational facilities. Key responsibilities include conducting safety audits ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and developing safety training programs for employees. The Manager will also be responsible for incident investigation risk assessment and promoting a safetyfirst culture. The role requires strong knowledge of occupational safety standards excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. The Safety Manager will work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure a safe working environment. A degree in Safety Management or related field with relevant certifications is preferred.
