Job Description
Exp: 7 years
Location: PAN India
- Working Hours: Ability to support clients across both EST and IST time zones.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple platforms and interpreting technical documentation.
- Experience with Kronos Workforce Central Versions 7.0.8 8.0.1 7.8.1.4 8.1.8 and later versions.
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS such as MS SQL Server.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and configuring Pay Policies Attendance Accruals and WIM interfaces.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong communicative interpersonal analytical and leadership skills to deliver precise and timely results.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients for requirements gathering and solution delivery.
- Work Environment:
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to relocate to any location as needed.
- Responsibilities:
- Analyze user needs and requirements to determine the feasibility of designs within time and cost constraints.
- Debug production issues including badgerelated and user access issues.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide customer support during GoLive phases.
- Ensure adherence to quality procedures and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare unit functional and integration test cases based on project requirements.
- Respond to technical queries lead product initiatives and conduct metric collection and analysis.
- Develop documentation for new pay policy changes and interface development.
- Collaborate effectively with onsite team members to meet deliverables within SLAs.
Expertise in UKG Dimensions Time & Attendance (T&A).
