> Analyze client requirements and prepare/work on PoC on need basis

> Involve in Lifecycle projects like upgrade/ migrate components as part of clients roadmap

> Supporting Administration Deployments Configuration Maintenance of all ESB platform components

> Align with client on security/ product vulnerabilities and prepare /review plan by arranging team accordingly

> Must have knowledge on ESB cert renewal activity and lead it on need basis

> Mentor team in planning the smallwork projects like Platform and DB maintenances and sharing load during major deliveries

> Manage internal/ external certificates across platform within the specified timelines

> Coordinate with Product vendor (Software AG) for technical services to resolve the issues with wM components finetuning the app keep the environment uptodate

> Extend support for Topgear challenges involve in Practice level requirements (needbasis) including taking interviews

O Supporting the applications and resolving the issues involved with webMethods components like Integration Server Designer Broker Trading Networks and Optimize for Infrastructure & webMethods Monitor

O Experience in creating Adapter notifications using JDBC Adapter and on publish subscribe models using native broker and JMS messaging

O Hands on experience in Code deployment across the platform / landscape (Test UAT Prod)

O Configuration changes where needed by adhering to client change process (CRs) with inbuild tools (Remedy/ ServiceNow etc.)

O Hands on experience in various protocols http(s) as2 ftp/sftp

O Provide support on all kinds of service requests (debug sharing info simple config updates reports/data export/import requests)

O Apply product fixes & service packs across landscape/ wM environment and validate (track till closure thru process)

O Understanding the requirements create technical specifications and providing estimates to DTC for development projects

O Administration of webMethods Integration Server and all other wM components

O Identify and propose continuous improvement (CI) activities which will enhance or improve the functioning of business interface in webMethods

O Coordinate with various stakeholders and different internal/ external teams on Infrastructure or any project related onboarding/ issues

O Preferred experience on CICD tools

O Conduct meetings: internal within team and external with Dev/ infra/ partners/ stakeholders on need basis

O Prepare checklist for various maintenance tasks and walk through /explain to stakeholders (Dev team business users etc.)

O Must have knowledge on various certificates (SSL/AS2/PGP/sshkeys) and handson configuring /renewing in webMethods environment

O Basic Database knowledge required

O Assist team in solving high priority issues leading team train & mentoring juniors on need basis

O Providing 24X7 on call support on rotational basis

ProjectManagement responsibilities:

> SPOC and escalation point for ESB Platform group which operates 24X7

> Managing platform team including appraisal roster preparation considering major deliveries leave plans and local /client holidays

> Prepare and present the project progress to customer through Weekly and Monthly status reports

> Lead and deliver proper RCAs for major outages

> Arrange internal external KT sessions to enhance individuals and teams performance

> Extend support for Org /Mgmt tasks as/when needed ERM Audits prep/implementation of BCP participate in DR test/validate apps

> Ensure all the reports and documentations (every quarter) are submitted as per the schedule
