Introduction
At TrusTrace we are looking for a UX Lead with 6 to 10 years to take ownership of the user experience for dashboards and datadriven outputs in our product while also collaborating with the UX team to design seamless workflows and address broader strategic responsibilities. This role is essential in transforming complex data into intuitive actionable insights that empower our users. Position Overview
As the UX Lead you will play a critical role in designing user experiences that simplify complex workflows and empower users through intuitive solutions. With expertise in data visualization and a strong sense of usercentered design you will drive the UX strategy and execution across our SaaS products aligning with both customer needs and TrusTraces business objectives. You will lead a team of talented designers and researchers ensuring the delivery of exceptional user experiences that balance functionality with simplicity. This role is ideal for an experienced UX professional passionate about making complex data actionable and accessible.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute UX Strategy: Align UX execution with TrusTraces business goals advocating for a userfirst approach and ensuring seamless integration into product development.
- EndtoEnd Design: Lead the full design process from understanding user needs and creating prototypes to delivering polished developmentready designs.
- Simplify Complexity: Design intuitive solutions that transform complex workflows and data into actionable userfriendly experiences with a strong focus on data visualization and seamless interaction design.
- Leverage Research: Collaborate with User Research to uncover user behaviors and insights integrating findings to enhance usability and satisfaction.
- Foster Design Excellence: Establish design guidelines deliver highquality outputs and drive innovative use of dashboards and data visualization.
- Lead and Mentor: Guide and support a team of designers and researchers fostering collaboration and creativity while driving continuous learning.
- Measure and Improve: Define UX metrics track performance and implement opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors or advanced degree in User Experience Design HumanComputer Interaction Design or a related field.
- Experience: 610 years in UX design with at least 3 years in a leadership role preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
- Specialization: Proven expertise in data visualization and simplifying complex workflows into intuitive designs.
- Research: Strong ability to collaborate with user researchers to integrate insights into highquality design solutions.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience collaborating across crossfunctional teams.
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing your ability to design intuitive datadriven solutions and simplify complex workflows.
- Global Experience: Experience working abroad or internationally. Comfort working in a multicultural environment and collaborating with stakeholders across the world is essential.
