Position Overview
As the UX Lead you will play a critical role in designing user experiences that simplify complex workflows and empower users through intuitive solutions. With expertise in data visualization and a strong sense of usercentered design you will drive the UX strategy and execution across our SaaS products aligning with both customer needs and TrusTraces business objectives. You will lead a team of talented designers and researchers ensuring the delivery of exceptional user experiences that balance functionality with simplicity. Key Responsibilities
Execute UX Strategy: Align UX execution with TrusTraces business goals advocating for a userfirst approach and ensuring seamless integration into product development.
EndtoEnd Design: Lead the full design process from understanding user needs and creating prototypes to delivering polished developmentready designs.
Simplify Complexity: Design intuitive solutions that transform complex workflows and data into actionable userfriendly experiences with a strong focus on data visualization and seamless interaction design.
Leverage Research: Collaborate with User Research to uncover user behaviors and insights integrating findings to enhance usability and satisfaction.
Foster Design Excellence: Establish design guidelines deliver highquality outputs and drive innovative use of dashboards and data visualization.
Lead and Mentor: Guide and support a team of designers and researchers fostering collaboration and creativity while driving continuous learning.
Measure and Improve: Define UX metrics track performance and implement opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors or advanced degree in User Experience Design HumanComputer Interaction Design or a related field.
Experience: 610 years in UX design with at least 3 years in a leadership role preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
Specialization: Proven expertise in data visualization and simplifying complex workflows into intuitive designs.
Research: Strong ability to collaborate with user researchers to integrate insights into highquality design solutions.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience collaborating across crossfunctional teams.
Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing your ability to design intuitive datadriven solutions and simplify complex workflows.
Global Experience: Experience working abroad or internationally. Comfort working in a multicultural environment and collaborating with stakeholders across the world is essential.
