Role Overview
As a Business Analyst withAI literacy youll play a key role in building and fostering a thriving data and AI community within the organization. You will work crossfunctionally to design training and upskilling programs for both technical and nontechnical teams. Your focus will be on creating a culture of data literacy and supporting the adoption of datadriven insights across the organization. Youll be a bridge between technical experts and end users ensuring that the community grows learns and thrives.
Key Responsibilities
Youll develop training programs for data analysts ensuring alignment with nextgen platforms. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create training materials host forums and lead workshops to support the companys datadriven goals.Youll also build and nurture a strong data community organizing events like hackathons and webinars to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing. Additionally youll advocate for data literacy across the organization and track KPIs to measure community engagement and training success.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a datarelated role community management or program management with a focus on data AI or technology.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work crossfunctionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience planning and executing community events both online and offline.
- Solid understanding of AI and data trends.
- Datadriven with the ability to analyze and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Highly organized and detailoriented with a strategic mindset.
Bonus skills
- Experience in building and driving AI or data communities.
- Background in data analytics with knowledge of tools such as Python R SQL and Google Cloud Platform.
