Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee all phases of electrical projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely on time and within budget while maintaining highquality standards and adhering to regulations. The role involves collaboration with clients vendors and a multidisciplinary team including engineers electricians and welders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Development:
- Develop detailed project plans including scope objectives timelines and budgets.
Resource Management:
- Estimate requirements for materials labor subcontractors and equipment.
Project Execution:
- Lead project teams ensuring collaboration and effective communication among members.
- Coordinate with other trades to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into the overall project.
Quality Control:
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure timelines and goals are met.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets or exceeds standards.
Financial Management:
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients stakeholders and team members.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in Project management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities
