Job Description
Requirements:
- Must be amendable to work onsite
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as Quality Analyst in BPO Industry
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge in Quality Tools
- Prefer insurance account experience
- Minimum of 2 years undergraduate
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of transactions as per process guidelines
- Conduct call quality coaching to the associates
- Work with the Process Management Team in coming up with initiatives to help improve associates and site performance.
- Team mentoring engagement and coaching skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to do multitasking
