Job Description
Our client requires the services of a Software Engineer (Advanced) Midrand/Menlyn/Rosslyn/Home Office rotation

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- 3 years experience in relevant experience
- Business Analysis certification or a relevant degree
- Experience Process modelling
- Web and digital project experience
- Agile working experience
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Solid knowledge of business process analysis
- Experience as a Business Analyst
- Aptitude for identifying problems generating solutions and making decisions.
- In depth knowledge and experience in requirement analysis and development documentation
- Ability to analyse complex data and business processes to identify issues and opportunities.
- Skill in creating clear detailed documentation such as business requirements user stories and process flows.
- Ability to engage with and manage expectations of various stakeholders.
- Proven experience in UX Design
- Agile working using Atlassian tool set
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
ADVANTAGEOUS
- UX Design
- Figma Design
- SQL (Oracle Postgres)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
ROLE:
- Part of a DevOps team responsible for development and maintenance on platform/application
- Elicit requirements from stakeholders through interviews workshops and surveys.
- Review and present proposed system solution to IT Project Manager / Leader and User Management or System owner
- Analyse business processes identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
- Document business requirements functional specifications and process flows.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders such as management developers and users.
- Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Preparation of system/technical documentation (as per ISO standards)
- Develop test cases and participate in testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Compiling of user and operational manuals
- Provide training and support to users to ensure successful adoption of new systems or processes.
- Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes
