Job Description

Role : This is a senior position focused on developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive the growth of our Solar connectors business. The person will work closely with the Engineering & Regional Sales teams and collaborate with the marketing department to achieve sales targets build strong customer relationships and enhance brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets Solar connectors thorough working with Solar Developers EPCs Dealers String Combiner Box manufacturers Panel Module manufacturers.
2. Identify and target potential customers and market segments like Solar Connector / Solar Junction box Manufacturers OEMs to expand the customer base and increase sales. Explore the other potential products in Solar Segment & coordinate with engineering team for development of the same based on the business case studies.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends customer preferences and competitive positioning.
5. Collaborate with the marketing & engineering teams to create effective marketing campaigns promotional material and digital content to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
6. Provide sales forecasts market intelligence and reports to the Management highlighting key performance metrics market trends and opportunities.
7. Lead and motivate the sales team setting segment sales targets monitoring performance and providing coaching and support to achieve sales goals.
8. Participate in industry conferences trade shows and networking events to establish the companys presence build relationships and generate leads.
9. Stay uptodate with the latest developments in the Solar industry including technological advancements regulatory changes and market trends and incorporate them into sales and marketing strategies.
10. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as product development operations and customer support to ensure effective product launches order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
1) BE / B.Tech Electrical E&TC Mechatronics Instrumentation
2) 10 15 years of experience in sales and marketing in automotive / related relevant Industry
3) Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles strategies and techniques
4) Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing plans.
5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
6) Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze market data identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
7) Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
8) Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve goals.
9) Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
