Hiring for HR Generalist $70 75K Per Annum base benefits.
HR Manager Bilingual (Spanish A plus) $8085K Per Annum base benefits


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the sole HR professional in the organization you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our human capital strategy. The ideal candidate will work closely with the operations team to implement innovative HR solutions enhance employee engagement and optimize organizational effectiveness particularly in the unique context of a plumbing company. You will be a key partner in advancing our HR practices into the future.
This is a standalone HR position so the candidate will be expected to independently manage all HR functions from recruitment to performance management while closely collaborating with operational leaders. As the HR leader within the company you will be the goto resource for all HRrelated matters working independently while leveraging the support of the leadership and operations teams. This is a unique opportunity to lead HR in a company poised for future growth and help build a strong engaged workforce that will support our continued success in the plumbing industry.

Duties:
Oversee the entire recruitment process including job postings screening candidates and conducting interviews to attract top talent. You will be the sole HR representative handling all aspects of talent acquisition.
Develop and implement employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture aligning with our values and industryspecific needs.
Manage and lead the performance management system to facilitate employee evaluations and feedback processes across the organization.
Partner closely with leadership on organization design initiatives to optimize workforce structure efficiency and growth within the plumbing sector.
Lead training development initiatives ensuring employees are equipped with the skills needed to excel in their roles and grow within the company.
Maintain HR information systems for accurate recordkeeping and reporting ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while promoting a positive inclusive and safe workplace environment for all employees.
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources management preferably in a standalone or HR generalist role.
Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and best practices with the ability to lead HR functions independently.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR software such as HiBob Rippling or BambooHR.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fastpaced environment.
Strong interpersonal communication skills to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization particularly with operations.
Experience in developing and implementing training programs performance management strategies and workforce development initiatives.
A proactive approach to problemsolving with the ability to provide strategic HR solutions and drive future HR initiatives within a growing plumbing company.
