The Opportunity
Were seeking a Contract Immigration Attorney to join the Immigration Section of one of our esteemed clients. Based in Boston this role provides the opportunity to make a significant impact by contributing to a highperforming immigration practice. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex immigration processes while delivering exceptional legal solutions.
What Youll Do
- Lead with Purpose: Review and file nonimmigrant (e.g. L H TN O E1/2/3 B1/2 J1) and immigrant (e.g. PERM I130 EB1 I140 I485 N400) petitions and applications under the direction of a supervising attorney.
- Analyze and Innovate: Stay current on business immigration law developments and conduct research to draft alerts publications and blog posts.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with legal assistants paralegals and supervising attorneys on casework while regularly reviewing internal and clientfacing reports to monitor case activity.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure compliance with section processes and quality control measures while participating in training and special projects.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience in business immigration law; entrylevel candidates with business immigration experience will be considered.
- Education: JD or LLM from an ABAaccredited law school; admission to practice law in Massachusetts.
- Skills: Proficiency in immigrationfocused databases docket management and exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Mindset: A collaborative and detailoriented approach to achieving results.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with immigrationfocused databases and legal research tools.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and collaboration with colleagues and clients.
