- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact ensuring client satisfaction with regular updates and resolution of issues.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients engineers subcontractors and internal teams to align project goals.
- Quality and Safety Compliance: Conduct site visits to maintain adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Progress Monitoring: Track milestones identify risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and guide project teams to ensure effective collaboration and results.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Reporting: Generate detailed progress reports for stakeholders covering timelines budgets and deviations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or precast concrete industry.
- Strong knowledge of project planning budget management and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of quality and safety compliance standards in the construction industry.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt under pressure.
- A relevant degree or certification in construction management civil engineering or a related field is preferred.
