Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Manage payroll processes ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Design and manage competitive salary structures bonus programs and other incentives to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure the competitiveness and costeffectiveness of our compensation and benefits offerings.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess and address compensationrelated needs and challenges.
- Stay abreast of relevant laws regulations and market trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness in our compensation and benefits practices.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members and other stakeholders on compensation and benefitsrelated matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management with a focus on compensation and benefits.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles practices and market trends.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing effective compensation and benefits programs.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) preferred.
- Preferably experience with start up or BPO industry education sector or multinational environment is a plus.
