Job Title: Technology Architect
Location: Malm Sweden or Amsterdam Netherlands
Job Type: 12 Months
Work Type: Hybrid (23 days a week onsite)
Job Description
Background
- We are seeking two experienced Technology Architects to join our ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) initiative aimed at complying with the new CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) reporting requirements. As part of the Business Support Domain this role will focus on developing and implementing ESGrelated reporting frameworks and operating model changes.
- Team Context: The Technology Architect will work within a crossfunctional digital delivery team alongside Digital Leads and other architects. Reporting to the Enterprise Architect for the Business Support Domain the consultant will receive daily guidance from the Digital Lead Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Develop and drive the application and infrastructure architecture for ESG reporting within a subdomain ensuring alignment with the overall technology landscape.
- Legacy Integration: Manage coexistence between legacy systems and new digital products such as SAP ensuring smooth transition and architecture integration.
- Data & Information Flow: Define enterprise data objects in canonical format and manage information flows across products legacy systems and the entire landscape.
- Strategic Direction: Establish longterm architecture strategies aligning diverse stakeholder interests and ensuring that technology decisions contribute to the companys business outcomes.
- Problem Solving: Resolve architecture issues that arise from significant landscape changes contributing to business model transformation.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Architecture Expertise: 35 years of experience in leading architecture work with at least 4 years within an Enterprise Architecture context.
- ESG/CSRD Reporting: Deep knowledge and experience in ESG reporting and the CSRD directive from a technology process and data perspective.
- Retail Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working within the retail or consumer packaged goods/manufacturing sectors particularly in international environments.
- Enterprise Solutions: Strong technical skills in designing and managing solutions that span applications infrastructure and data architecture. Familiarity with SAP and analytics/reporting platforms is advantageous.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent ability to influence decisions at multiple levels of the organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Cultural Fit: Demonstrated ability to lead with inspiration and align with clients cultural values of collaboration leadership and strategic thinking.
Most Important Criteria
- Architecture Experience: Expertise in enterprise architecture within a global complex landscape.
- ESG/CSRD Experience: Specific experience with ESG/CSRD reporting including technical data and business perspectives.
- Cultural & Values Fit: Alignment with clients culture and values with a focus on collaboration and longterm strategic thinking.
